  • We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible, which often can be done on the same day of your purchase; however, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and the shipment prepared for delivery.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email from us with your (courier company) tracking information. Shipments go out Monday-Friday.
  • We want to sort out any issues with incorrect/faulty/missing items straight away. Please contact Denni Customer Services with your order number and the incorrect item’s name and product number. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can.
